Returns and Exchanges

Our products are made to order and fully personalised according to each customer’s individual specifications, colours, sizes, and custom requests.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect choice, or any other reason related to personal preference.

Exceptions

We will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Damage that occurs during delivery;
• Error on our part (e.g. wrong item, incorrect colour or model sent).

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, provide instructions for the return.

Important: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the error was made by us.

Your Statutory Rights: Please note that under UK Consumer Rights law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items. We therefore cannot accept returns for custom-made products unless they were damaged during delivery or we have made an error.
