SHIPPING POLICY:

All of our products are handcrafted and require 2-3 working days for production before they are ready to be shipped. Once your order is prepared, it will be dispatched to its destination. Please see the details below:

 

UK ORDERS:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Please note: Once the parcel has been dropped off and a proof of postage is obtained, the responsibility for the delivery lies with Royal Mail. In the rare event of a delay, Royal Mail’s policy requires a waiting period of 10 working days before the item is officially considered lost.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Please note: You may be charged import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon entry into your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by us. While we takeevery precaution to minimize thepossibility of taxes, we cannot guarantee theywill not occur.
